All ready-to-wear and pre-made wigs are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise. Custom and pre-order units have extended processing times.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Wigs, extensions, and hair products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
